BCCI willing to host mini IPL in September: Anurag Thakur

first_imgThe Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is planning to host a shortened version of the Indian Premier League outside the country in the month of September every year, starting with 2016.BCCI president Anurag Thakur has said that the dates and rest of the details regarding the “mini IPL” will be announced in due course.It is believed that USA and UAE are being considered as the possible venues for this tournament which will involve all the eight teams.
